Appetizers

Nachos Don Diego. Crispy chips with beans, your choice of meat (ground beef, shredded beef or chicken); Cheese, topped with tomato
and green onions. Jalapeños and sour cream on the side.

Quesadillas. Two flour tortillas stuffed with cheese; your choice of meat (ground beef, shredded beef or chicken); Serve with guacamole
and sour cream on the side.

Molletes. A mexican bread cut in half, baked, topped with beans and our salsa de la casa. Served with guacamole and sour cream on the side.

Queso Fundido. Our version of mexican cheese dip. With a hint of jalapeños and cilantro.

Ceviche de Camarón. Don Diego's specialty. Cooked shrimp, mix with tomatoes, onions, cucumber, cilantro
and a hint of jalapeño; all marinated in lime juice.

Guacamole Dip. Guacamole de la Casa. served with a basket of chips.

Salads

Ensalada Tropical. Served in a flour tortilla bowl, with beans, ground beef, shredded
beef or chicken, lettuce, sour cream, and salsa de la casa.

Ensalada Maya. Strips of Pollo Maya served over a green salad, with
tomatoes, mushrooms, cucumber, and salad dressing.

Ensalada Chef. Green salad, mushrooms, cucumber, avocado slices and
croutons.

Grilled Vegetable Salad. Grilled seasonal vegetables; onions, zucchini,
bell pepper, marinated and served over a bed of lettuce leaves.
