Pollo (Chicken)
Pollo en Mole. Strips of chicken breast sautéed in our authentic Mexican mole sauce.
Pollo Pollera. Strips of chicken breast, potato chunk and onions. Sauteed with cabbage and carrots in white vinager with spices.Served with rice and beans.
Pollo Maya. Filet chicken breast, marinated in a special sauce with spices, grilled tomatoes, and onions. Served with rice, beans and avocado slice.
Chef Choice Pollo Piquín.Strips of chicken breast sautéed in a hot chipotle cream sauce; with slices of onion and mushrooms.
Pollo Palenque. Srtips of chicken breast sautéed in our special almond sauce.
Chef Choice Pollo en Sábana Blanca.Filet chicken breast (grilled), covered with a green sauce and melted cheese.
